Quality carbon steel?

So, any suggestions on high end carbon steel?
one that you can patina like traditional pocket knives.

Pop’s ProCut is the latest and greatest. I haven’t personally used it but do have a chef knife on order from Joshua Fisher .

I agree with ProCut. I have a fixed blade and it is screaming sharp, takes and holds a great edge, and patinas beautifully.
