I retired from a company that makes big yellow earthmoving machines.
They are known for being rugged and reliable, and they are expensive.
In some parts of the world, customers were very aware and attentive to things like the paint finish on the bucket teeth, or scratches on a dozer blade. Seriously, that can be an issue for some customers, and of course customers are why companies exist.
Way back when, Jerry was made aware of blades going out that weren't as sharp as customers would like, so he implemented the "sharpened by" inserts to be included with the swine sharp test sheets.
A long winded way to say that quality does matter to Busse in my opinion.
Of my many Busse products, I have not had one that was clumsily ground, and all have been finished as implied and expected.
I hope your future purchases will be as I have experienced.
