Quality folder

I am looking to order a nice folder with 2 blades. I have no idea who makes a good or bad one but I want it built to my specs. My budget is $250.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, but I must agree with all of them, perhaps you can find a custom Pakistan on the Bay for that, but not here. I know of no maker in that range for a two blade folder. Raise your budget by 100 to 150 dollars and you may find some action here.

I didnt realize my price was to low.

If you can scrape up another $50 (or so), try Gary Crowder.

It's too low for a run-of-the-mill quality 2-blade custom. Something "to your specs" could be hundreds more.
