• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I've got the Francesca from CAS Iberia (as per Knifecenter link) - it's very light and fast with a nice OAL (about 18"). The shaft is quite thin so you'll need to bulk up the grip otherwise it feels like you're holding onto a pencil!

The steel seems fine, maybe a little on the soft side - I use it mainly for delivering the coup de grace on possums while doing pest control.

It's NOT a heavy duty hawk - I wouldn't be chopping with it. If you buyu one make sure it has a good eye/shaft fit.

One of things I didn't like is the upswept point - after punching through a possum's head, the point can sometimes get caught up. Nowadays my SOG Fusion Hawk with shoulder sheath is main main possum buster.
