Quality of SOG sharpening stone included with bowies?

How is the quality of this stone? What grit is it?

One reviewer described it as a hunk of concrete...

Anyone have one to give me some information?

Looks like a hunk of concrete, feels like one. Can't say about the quality though cause I've not tried using it. But I doubt it is there for a functional purpose. I don't even know what it's made of!
