Quality thin profile knife for sob "scout carry"

It is super easy to get it from carrying it in scout position (horizontal across sob) from either side
And the knife would be for when im not even supposed to be visible
And if someone is coming from behind me and i didnt hear it wouldnt i b dead anyways?
This is why the knife is the question and not the method of carry

Method of Carry is a choice. As for the knife, is it ant-personnel? Do you want a chopper, a cutter, or a thruster? Does it matter? Fit it around the job you'll use it for. If it's a "last ditch backup" then a good thrusting knife in forward or reverse grip should work. My only advice would be something with a "neutral" grip (can be used in a forward, reverse, reverse edge in, etc). I used to carry a Kershaw Amphibian(?) dive knife there when working. When I worked a REALLY bad part of town I carried ALOT of backup weapons cause it was the only backup I had.

LOL!!! If you're "not even supposed to be visible" then it doesn't matter how you carry the knife or what size it is ;) Should we assume that this is to supplement your katana? :D

Shouldn't this thread be in "prac-tac"?

If I am concerned, I carry a firearm. If I encounter a problem and the other guy all of a sudden reaches behind his back... out comes my gun with attitude. Keep that in mind with your chosen knife carry location.

LOL You guys are all up in arms over a topic that has nothing to do with the Question posed by the Op.

A thin tactical knife? Spyderco Swick3 - $60, but you'll need a sheath for it, so maybe that goes up to $70/$80. It's CPM S30V too, which means it won't corrode from any....moisture it may encounter down/back there.....

It's also a great utility blade!

thank you for the suggestion but im looking for alittle longer
Do want a neck knife so its something i can look at for that

Out of curiosity, what did you find? I'm assuming that it's not a primary anti-personnel weapon (I even spelled it right this time).
