Four unique ones here not getting much pocket time so off they go.

Quartermaster ALF-6 Yoda : Very cool design. Carried a few times, cut nothing with it. Wickedly sharp, zero blade play in any axis. Moving it along because I’m a lefty and this is a right handed knife.

Boilerplate:
Introducing the ALF-6 Yoda, the first folding knife of the ALF series. A paradox in itself, it's the most minimal knife in QTRMSTR's lineup. Weighing in at a scant 3.1 ounces, it’s barely felt within the pocket. Yoda has a frame and lock composed entirely of a single billet of titanium alloy. With a quick flick of the thumb at the apex of the grind line, Yoda’s 2.5" Wharncliffe blade launches into action. The aggressive jimping on the blade spine continues onto the frame for a secure grip during use. The carry clip on ALF-6 makes sense, it provides further grip-ability and rises high enough above the frame to easily fit into all types of gear (denim pockets, nylon vests, khakis, MOLLE, etc). It's a knife that is different than most and perfect for everyday carry or use as a backup tactical tool.

About the Ceramic ORB Pivot System

The ORB Pivot System is a sealed ceramic ball-bearing technology that is widely considered the second generation of an open-bearing system that is being used by some manufacturers today.

The ORB's advantages are plenty: dirt and pocket lint cannot impede the track of these rollers as they're encased. The ball-bearing system tightens the tolerances in and around the pivot of the folding knife. As a result, the lockup is vault tight, yet the rollers allow for almost effortless rotation.

The lack of 'play' at any point on the rotational axis of the blade is truly unlike anything currently being made at this price point in the United States.

    • Kellam Nordic style lockback. Got this in a trade. Never carried, blade has original edge and is centered with zero play in any axis. Blade is 3/16” thick flat ground and is stainless, unsure of the specific type of steel. Handles are lovely curly birch and antler. Measures 4.25” closed with a 3.5” blade. A really cool knife all around.
