None of the blades touch each other or the liners. In other words, no blade rub.
A little bit of blade play on the Sheepsfoot and Clip blades but nothing I would consider excessive. No play on the Pen blade.
Never used, carried, or sharpened.
No box.
Ships in a sturdy cardboard box.
