Queen and Schatt & Morgan Question

I have a few Queens... but no S&Ms yet.

Whether in 420HC or ATS-34 the Schatts are about
1.5-2x the equivalent Queen version in D2.

So my question is, are S&Ms fit and finish superior to the
Queen line? Thus justifying the price.

Typically yes, they are better F&F.

I don't have any S&M's in 420HC, but I do in ATS-34 and it's well worht the price.
 
Owning several Queens and Schatt & Morgans,
IMO the answer is yes. Definitely.
 
Not just f&f, but handle materials, appointments, blade shapes, etc. And to further confuse things, there are multiple "levels" of S&M, too. I find Premium and File & Wire series tend to be nicer (and more expensive) than base S&M models.
