Queen Canoe with swedge

Wow! Great pic JohnnyR. That's one beautiful blade, thanks for posting

If mine colours up half as nicely i'll be happy :D

Cozy Glen's 1095 does take on a very colorful patina. This is, IIRC how it looked after slaying a mango and a peach.:D

That amber-root bone worm groove looks great. Might have to start "rooting" around for one of those!

A lot of knife for cheap money. Great quality to boot. You would have to be crazy not to love canoes.:p

Glock, both the Queen D2 models and the SFO Cozy Glen run have the same swedge on the master spear-point blade. The Only difference is the thickness of the blade, the Cozy Glen's is thinner. This makes for a superb slicer that is in an overall slimmer/sleeker knife than the Queen D2s. I have both and definitely prefer the SFO version. I love D2 but the 1095 that Queen used is excellent and the patina sets up great. Great choice:thumbup::D

+1

Before I got the Cozy Glen, I did not know it was thinner.
The thinness make a big difference in the pocketablity.
