I'm in a similar situation, at the end of this month we will start the layoffs. Being over 50 I feel I will be a candidate for the reduction, I certainly hope not and definetly feel for anyone who does get let go. I hope your good fortune stays with you, our Nation has a long road to travel regardless, of who is driving. Thanks
 
That's terrible to hear about the other people in your group. I lost my job recently as well, and have basically made it my full-time job combing job boards on the interweb. And post here, of course ;)

Great news for you, where I work they just layed off 38 people. Most were mighty fine people and workers. Thanks for the contest.
 
Good Luck to everyone.I travel 160 Miles Daily to keep my job.as there is not much work with my company locally.Hang in there ladies and gentlemen.
 
No layoffs for me, but no work either, the construction business has pretty much crashed around here. Congrats on hanging on to the job, sure must have been stressful waiting that out!
