Queen fit and finish??

I too purchased a Mt Man and was disappointed with the amount of blade play. I see comments about asking the dealer to "hand pick" the one with the least amount of play. I'm wondering why Queen allows these to escape the factory.

Somehow this just doesn't seem to compute. F&F = fit and finish, right? Seems like Queen's leaving it up to the customer to finish the "finish" part of that equation.

The F&F is of high quality, with the exception of the factory grind.
