Queen Mountain Man question?

I was wondering if the non locking version has half stops? I really like the GEC Pioneer's but I also like the lanyard hole on the Queen, but I love half stops.

samhain 73 i bought one of those queens rebeveled it & cut double thick cardboard for nearly 8 minutes. this is outstanding performance indicating queen had got d2 heat treat right. bought 2 more for my nephews. i do'nt think you can bet latham for queen or great eastern. hope i'm allowed to say that.
