"What does it matter if GEC has only one email address listed?? Christine responds promptly to that email address so I don't know why it would matter if they had one or 10 addresses listed as long as they reply to that one."

"Funny how that happens! The OP specifically asked about Queen Cutlery, but somebody's got to take a shot at GEC in the third post. Go figure."

Jake and rma.... it was certainly Not "a shot" at GEC 0r Canal Street - I love their knives but never had any need to contact them & if I did I'm sure there would be a prompt reply.
It was simply an observation that Queen have gone to considerable lengths/trouble to provide a range of contacts so anyone can contact the relevant person within the company.

Not all Moore Maker knives are made by Queen. I had a sowbelly trapper that wasn't bad.

Man vetted that out and even called and asked to make sure had right one, maybe bad luck lighting strikes twice and the Moore guys were responsive and offer to refund no skin off them to be clear great service just boggle me that laid back attitude was like yea our $80-$100 range knives kinda stink but spend more on the $165 knives and we can guarantee u one no blade wobble ??

Just a question - did you return the knife to Moore Maker or to Queen?

I like the Queen made Moore makers - have picked up several 2104 stamped stock knives that are all perfect. One 2008 that was perfect.

I had a small stockman made in 2008 that had a too-shallow nail nick on the clip. I sent it to Moore Maker last week, will be interesting to see their respnse.

That issue I could handle a wobbly blade on a knife that price point no can do and when both arrive were dripping on water and whatever that stuff is used when buffing steel were not even cleaned from the production line and also the scale pins were not even flush, even a $13 frost is not that sloppy

I would like to go ahead and end this thread if possible. Thanks for all the info. Queen definitely makes me wish GEC would make more stainless blades. Hard to compare the two at their prices. Twice the price for half the knife from what I can tell.

I'll close it for you. If that's not what you wanted, let me know.
