so I'm thinking of ordering some parks 50. But will 2 gallons be enough for smaller blades? Or do I need more? Also is this good for both 15n20 and 80crv2?

Sure, 2 gallons is good. Technically too fast for 15n20, but I have had no issue whatsoever. Some of the 15n20 out there (Aldo) is pretty low Mn, so a fast oil is better than medium speed. Also too fast for 80CrV2, but doable.

I ordered it a while ago. I've read so much conflicting info. But a lot of people seem to be using it with good results. My first 80crv knife didn't seem to completely harden the first time. I figured parks would give me more consistent results.

I've started using parks 50 on all oil quench steels. 15N20 included. I'm pleased with the results.

I use parks 50 on my 15n20 that I sell and it's amazing. With my heat treat in my oven I get 66.5rc+ out of the quench. Really great steel. But 15n20 does seem more prone to bowing in parks 50 then AAA. But it's worth buying 5 gal of both so your not forced to use something just because it's all you have. Great thing is parks does not need to be heated like AAA does. But my AAA tank just plugs in and I just check it later

To compensate for using Parks #50 on steels that are not a prefect match, just warm it to 120-130F.

I have done 15N20 in room temp Parks with no issues. I warm it for 80CrV and Cruforge.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try it at room temp first, and see how it does. I'm rigging up a pyrometer on my forge for the time being. Till I can get my oven. I'm sure I'll get more consistent results from parks.
