Sam , the one I was thinking of used a blade IIRC. These photos show all the phases very clearly however . Very good learning tool when you can actually see what's happening. Much discussion of industrial considerations but the basics are there. Scott MacKenzie works for them of course [ he's on swordforum.com ]
