Ok. I do have a brand new extra large crock pot that was given to me. I'll just have to break down and get Parks. I may have asked this or read this a 100 times but just to be sure, will Parks work for 1084 also?

Yes, P-50 works great on 1084, as a matter of fact it will work great on any 10XX steel.

Thanks Darrin. Looks like I'm dropping a bill on some Parks. So I've read that Maxim would be the best place to purchase? Or would Kelly Couples be the guy to talk to? I've been trying to look for his current contact email but can't come up with one.

Maxim. It isn't on their website, you need to call. I think it will likely last me a lifetime unless I accidentally kick the bucket over.
