Sadly, Mike is among the great makers who don't turn up here anymore...which is a bummer. It would be great to get his take on so many things...

Coop had to sit down and study this for a few minutes to determine HOW I would capture the story. Mike had called me personally before it arrived to warn me that it had TIGHT clearances, and the scales have to slide in perfectly square. He is correct.

(I am also a career technician/mechanic with past machinist skills.) Piece of cake!

Who noted there is an 'A' and a 'B' scribed into the knife and the scales? Look again.

Showing them in addition made it all work. :thumbsup:
