Question about 1550 Blackout...

Well, I received the Blackout today, and no-matter what I were to do with the thumb-stud, it just won't work for me, being a "lefty", as the pocket-clip is in the way if I move the thumb-stud over to the other side or install dual thumb-studs. I also figured that I'd end-up slicing my thumb open, using the thumb-stud to start the AO. That's the bad news.

The good news, is that a couple hours ago, I made a trade for a PE Cyclone for the Blackout that I just received :D, so that'll work out just swell anyhow as the Cyclone has a "flipper", as well as dual (lefty-friendly) thumb-studs.
 
Sorry for being tardy to the party (especially now that your Blackout has been swapped out).

I have a Blackout. It was my first Kershaw. I reversed the thumbstud lefty-side and though it's righty tip-down, it may as well be lefty tip-up in me left front pocket (the unclip and open-the-blade action is close enough in my book). Still don't like the Speedsafe, but the handle is awesome and the blade is, too.
