Question about a Busse Knife?

I recently saw a Busse Stealth Hawk, and was wonderind if anybody could offer some info on this knife. The knife is made fo laminated MP45, some kind of composite material and weighs only 3oz. OAL 9 1/2".
Is this knife legit?
What is the market value of this knife?
Is it worth any ammount of money?
