Question about an Al Mar knife

Looks like it's a Falcon not an Eagle, how long is the blade? Don't know about the stamp.

You're right, i completely overlooked the blade size made the difference if it was an eagle or falcon knife. Since the blade size is 3,15" it must be a Falcon.

Thanks for the info!

Without a blade length it is tough to tell if this is an Eagle or Falcon. My guess is 3" blade, so model #1003 TAL Falcon Talon.

Appears to be real.

Where are you guys getting this misinformation about the chop and selling seconds?

We did, in fact, sell very small numbers of specially marked seconds.

We also had knives with painted logos, unpainted logos, stamped tangs, tangs with just "A.M.K.", etc.

Thanks for you're reply. The blade length is 3.15 inch so i'm pretty sure it's a falcon.
Have you got any idea how old the knife is? I bought it years ago and i still love this knife.

Hi Robert!

Tough to say on the date. Logos without paint aren't particularly helpful dating the knife.
