Question about BK10, 18, and 19

I have a BK10 I purchased to keep unused as a dedicated ER/EVAC blade, along with a smaller fixed blade and a SAK.
I do not have large hands but find the handles quite comfortable and with a desirable size and profile for heavy work if needed. Personally I think it ideal paired with a smaller 3" - 3.5" blade.
