How is blade length measured on Busse knives? Is it measured from where the handle ends to the tip (the entire steel part) or from the end of the choil to the tip (where the actual cutting edge is)?

Good Question. Jerry had posted once that because of Ohio State Law(where the shop is located) that they must measure the entire cutting surface back to the the middle of the Talon Hole. The Blade length is about a 1/2" greater than cutting edge. Unfortunately, I can't find the exact thread I did check a few of my Busse Knives here and measuring that way corresponds to the lengths on the Website.
