question about DIY grinder in a box & motor

I have to replace the gutters on the house next weekend, but the check after that should be free for me to order my GIB. I have been drooling over it since March. I am interested to hear how the shaft issue turns out. I am planning on going with a VFD for mine and have possibly found a 1.5hp 3 phase motor for $50, waiting to hear back on the rest of the specs on the motor, if it is all good I will pick it up end of next week.
