question about fedex

Hopefully over reacting....it sometimes take more time to get tracking posted by the carriers than it does to get the item(s) delivered....sometimes...

Check it every 24 hours or so.....it should be updated within a few, if not couple, of business days after placed with the shipper.....

USPS is especially slower than desired to post tracking info.....but not necessarily with the shipping process.....
edited to add, after looking at your tracking info. FedEx is estimating delivery of 5-10-07. not posting updates over the weekend is not totally unusual....
If you have a concern, and the item is from a vendor, you might folow up with them to feel better about it.
It appears a ground shippment if it is taking that amount of time to ship....so far I wouldn't be too concerned, but would like to see an update by Tues. p.m. just to feel comfortable......but I personally would check again Tues a.m. and p.m...

Alright, I am just a little concerned with my situation. Its probably nothing, but some assurance on it would be great. I receved this tracking #, and I notice there hasn't been any progress marked since a couple days ago... Is that a problem of it getting lost in transit, or am I just over reacting..?

I wouldn't worry about it. If this was a ground shipment, there would be no movement over the weekend. If it departed Sacramento on a truck Friday, there will be no update until it reaches a hub where it is scanned again or reaches the destination facility and is put on a truck for delivery.
 
Yes, i work for fedex express, on ground or express shipments there are no scans until pkg is offloaded. whether It's at a hub, ramp, or del. station. during cross country trucking there are no scans until it hits one of these. no scans while on the road, or parked. I see it's in ohio, you should see a departure scan sometime tonight or early in the morning. good luck, I think you should be OK.

Why are you asking us?

Call Federal Express, give them the tracking number, and ask them. They're much more likely to know where your package is than anyone on this forum.
