I have a question about purchasing from HI.

1) If they do not have what you want in stock, can they order it made or put you on a list until more stock comes in?
2) Can you request a specific kami?

1) As Auntie is the only one stateside it would be problematic to have want lists for customers. Auntie Yangdu tries but she is so busy that something like that would be a bit difficult.
Yes, H.I. can do special orders of your design or theirs, but you must understand that certain aspects must be met for your design to be warranteed.

2) You can request a specific kami to make your item, but it depends on his availability and whether or not that particular kami is still working for H.I.

If you give me more of an idea of what you are thinking about design and whom you'd like it made by, then perhaps i can more specifically guide you.
