I just found this forum a few days ago and found out about KershawGuy. I already have one knife on the way from him and provided he is as awesome as you guys all say he is (I trust you all) then I will probably look to grab some more blems from him in the future. So my question is does his inventory change much or is what he has now pretty much what I can expect?

Question about KershawGuy

It changes periodically. Right now, his inventory is about as high as I have seen it (I have known of him almost a year now). He got a pretty large haul at the factory seconds sale, I believe. Right before the seconds sale, his inventory was about as low as I have ever seen it. He of course also sells brand new items at very competitive prices, and has quite a few new knives for sale right now as well.

Most of what he got at the factory sale is still not listed on his website. It wouldn't hurt to send him an e-mail.
Bought two blems from him recently, which was my first purchase from him. Both arrived in about 2 days from placing the order. Both knives in great condition. After close inspection I spotted the reason for the blem marking on one (very slight flaw in the finish of the blade on one side) but the other one looked perfect. No functional problems with either knife. He's definitely on my preferred vendor list for anything Kershaw.

Bingo. He might not list everything he ha, but its one of those things that he will get what he gets, sometimes rare and awesome, sometimes run of the mill. Just hang around for a bit and watch out for whatever comes up.
Regardless, never hesitate to buy from him.

I placed an order for 6 knives to him on the 28th of December and received them on the 31st. One small thing though. I ordered 2 Orange Skylines, but I only got one from him. I e-mailed him, and he responded the same day with "The crown was a gift, I shipped another 1760OR today, sorry about that." I forgot to mention that he threw in a Crown as well. I wasn't even worried about the other Skyline, based just off of what I've heard about him. If another dealer that I heard about did that, I'd probably be a little upset and worried, but with Dave, I felt secure and he took care of me. I'm so happy to have such a nice and worry-free dealer to supply my addiction of Kershaws with. I'll definitely be doing business with him again.

Yes he is, he definetely exceeded my expectations.
Is it normal that I have heard nothing since I ordered the knife Saturday night? I figured on losing a day or two do to the holiday but not getting any kind of email back of any kind has me worried the order didn't go through. I emailed him Monday night just to make sure it went through ok and ask a question about another knife and haven't heard back at all.
Obviously from the testimony here, I am not worried about anything on his end, more of something I might've done wrong in ordering. Or maybe I am just overly excited about a new knife!
