Question about M43

I was just wondering if it would be possible to get an M43 with a thinner blade so that it is easier to use and faster in the hand? Thank you. -Lev

Your best bet would be to email Yangdu with your request. HI has been good at handling special orders in recent times. How thin of a blade are you wanting, just out of curiousity. Mine is 5/16".

The M43 does come with a thinner blade than other khukuries. The balance is completely different. It was my first and still my favorite. I think it is a tad light for chopping but a good compromise for an all around khuk.

Try one, you'll love it. It used to be the most favored of all the HI models but you don't see them very often.
