When I'm looking at the page that displays all of my inbox messages, it indicates that I've used 55/300 messages and on the upper right hand side of that page, it shows I'm at 18% capacity. But when I'm on a page where I'm looking at a specific PM, it shows that I'm at 94% capacity. The different capacity numbers only started after the upgrade to the BF system a few months back. I have a Platinum BF membership.

Am I at 18% or am I at 94%

Thank you in advance.

Both, I believe. 18% of your conversation thread limit, and 94% of your individual message/post limit.

The limit on the number of conversations you can have is distinct from the limit on yhr number of individual messages.

^That^
And I don't believe that happened with the big update...think it's been like this since the switch to XenForo (a few years ago)

Since the update, i cannot receive incoming PM's, i can send them and receive replies from the person i sent it to, but if someone tries to PM me they cannot. And it is not my in or out box, i only have 2% used. Any ideas, or how do i contact someone who can fix it, otherwise it is pointless being a paid up member.

Go the "Privacy" section of Your Account. Scroll down to the "Allow Users To" section and check out the Start Conversations With You option. Sounds like you may have "people you follow" or "Nobody " selected. You want Members only.
