question about strider customer service

I have called several times, leaving messages, and emails asking about some warranty work. I really want to know what the turn around time is... Should I just send the knife to them with my name addy and 15 bucks for return shipping (as it says on their webpage) or continue to attempt and reach them
 
They're probably on their way to the SHOT Show, wait until early next week and try again. Probably been hectic for them but I'm sure you'll get taken care of.
