Hey guys can someone tell me what size the round lug is on the side of the bader small wheel fork? Curious if it would fit an esteem grinder, thanks

Pretty sure you can order it with either a 5/8" stub or 3/4", but I'd call them to make sure...

The posts that go into the arm? one is 1/4" dia. and the other is 3/4" dia., 3/4" of space between them

Wow, did I totally read that question wrong? I thought you were asking about the mounting stud for the tool arm...?

I'd call and ask, just to be sure. Heck, they might even be willing to make a specific one for you. I've never had anything but good experiences with them.

Matthew is right , mine is 3/4", but as with all their wheels pretty sure you could order a 5/8"
Ken.

Ha! Just figured out what you're talking about, mahoney - I completely spaced that they use a split pin for indexing. I've never used that, and completely forgot it was there! Sorry for the confusion...

Thanks guys, we have the two tooling arms. the one with the 3/4" hole has the platen mounted on it, rather not have to take the platen off the tool arm to use the small wheel fork. The 1/2" bore tool arm mounts the contact wheel, fast and easy to take off but wont fit the small wheel fork...Looks like we may just have to order the tooling armw ith the fork to save trouble....
Will the small wheel fork fit a regular bader tooling arm?
I ask because in pics I often see the bader small wheel fork attached to a tool arm that has a cut away section it fits into like this?? or is this a regular bader tool arm  I cant remember?
