Question about the black-blade Military

I just bought a black-blade S30V Military and it has the word "Military" in silver on the blade.
But I have seen some pictures of others with just the Spyderco logo.

So when did the change occur?

It is a recent change, ultimately for reasons of potential legal liabilty for the user. MILITARY has been replaced with the bug logo on all versions of the Military.
