Question about the blade shape? The Plunge Line on The Large Sebenza 21

Dave.
Not sure if this would help but I noticed the same for my 21 Insingo.

It would be my pleasure Ben, of course you relize that by asking me to share this information you have opend the door to yet another long very boring post!!;) So here goes! I simply turned the knife over on my desktop and seen the markings on the other side!!:D Just kidding!!
As it has been covered very extensively in other threads here on the forum the "original", Classic 2000 and 21 are all very similar designs but with subtle yet very discernible differences a couple of which are obvious in your very nice photo comparison of the different plunge lines. The most obvious being the much wider and very distinct slope on the front of the handle (scale) on your 21 as compared to the Classic above it. You can also see the difference in the shape of the cut out for the thumb lug (stud) which many say makes the Classic easier to open. There are a few other differences that can bee seen in the photo that identify the top knife as a Classic but those are the most obvious. Again I appoligse for the overly long reply. :)
All the best, Dave

Yes Dave. It is. Can you share with me how you know since very little is shown.

Thanks Dave. I see it now.
It does take a pro to be able to pick that up though.
A lot to be learned from your threads.
Keep it up.

Thanks my friend!! I think that we all can learn from the experience of the many fantastic members here on the Chris Reeve forum!! A great place to come and share our knives and hopefully learn new things. whether it's from the very interesting threads by our friend Cody or just a picture or two of something like the "plunge line" that you and I might find interesting or different in some way!! Thank you for your participation!! It is always a pleasure!!
