Question about the Mule

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, as I just purchased my first Spyderco knife, the Mule. I have to say that this knife is one of the sharpest knives I have ever received! My question here is, does anyone know what the size of the holes are on the Mule handle? I measured 3/8' for the large ones, 1/4 for the lanyard hole, and 5/32' for the small holes. Are these measurements correct? I would just like to make sure before I purchase hardware for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot.

the holes are not a standard size, but you could fit smaller pins, with epoxy between the hole and the pin.
This has already been discussed here, you could search the forum or just read the mule team threads here

Are all of the holes "not standard" sizes? I did my best to measure with a ruler with 1/32' divisions. Are the holes slightly smaller or larger than I measured? I would use a search in the forum, but I don't have a paid membership. Thanks again for any help.

to search the forum, just google your search with " site:.bladeforums.com" at the end. In fact I did the search myself and didn't find the info on bladeforums, but from Spyderco.com's forum, the small holes size is .163", while 5/32"=.156". The difference is very small, but enough to have the pin floating in the hole.
The difference is not really visible with a ruler, I think a digital caliper is the best way to go. (I did measure exactly 4mm for the small holes with my ruler, but the 4mm rod I bought floats a bit in it.)

I think all the holes are non-standard, except maybe the lanyard hole. All the people who already posted pics of their pinned handle mules use the small holes.
