Question about the sheaths for production Duke & Kephart

I like the sheaths that come with the production Duke & Kephart, and I would like to get danglers for both of them, preferably from the same company that makes the sheaths. I realize they're not hi-end boutique hand-crafted sheaths, and I'm OK with that, they work perfectly fine for my uses, I would just like to add danglers to expand the versatility of the stock sheaths.
Does anyone know which company made the sheaths?
If not, does anyone know where I could get a couple of removable danglers that would look more or less like they came with them?
