Question about Trekker hole.

I just noticed that some of the Vic Trekkers have a more round hole, while some have more of an oval/birdseye type hole. I'm just wondering why that is, and currious for any other information you may have about it.

I found something saying they chaned to the rounder hole in 2007, no word on why though.

yeah many liked the rounder hole because they feel it works better to open faster/easier. Others do not like it because it sticks out more when it's closed up in the pocket/person and not as "slim" to use/have.

it's why some prefer the "stud" over the hole(s), To each their own right!
