Question about Tweener fasteners....FINISHED pics added

Yeah its a finished project! looks and feels sweet....will back it up with pic update ;)

The 5/8 screws fit perfect with the liners! The liners and longer screws do chance the balance of the BK17, making it more handle-heavy. I skeletonised the lines but that only had little effect. I have to say that the balance chance is noticeable but not disturbing in any way.
