Question - Blade terminology on edges and grinds

The term you are looking for is a "Chisel Grind" and it is available in both left and right hand grinds for primary usage with left and right handed people.

The BK9 that you posted had a particular model produced in small numbers that was called the BK9HH. That "HH" stands for "Hog Hunter" and has a sharpened swedge (the angled bit on the front, going from the spine to the tip).
Due to the swedge being sharpened, it also would likely be considered a "double edged knife".

The parallel section below the spine is referred to as the "flat" usually. Whether or not it has been ground, it is not referred to as a grind.
What you have labelled secondary is actually the primary grind.
A sabre grind is one where the primary grind does not reach the spine. Your artwork depicts a sabre grind.
