Well, I just purchased another used large sebbie, and the first time I opened it, the lock hit the opposite scale. I took it apart, and right back to the same spot. I called CRK, so it is going back to the sauna today. I am interested in why this happened. One of the larges I have had for some time, that is gets hard use, it still dead on about 50%. I am sure it will get back to normal.

question for anyone with more than 1 sebenza

I've owned a few Sebenzas, Classics and Regular and most of them locked-up at 50 %. I recently bought a 2005 large Classic and it locks-up at the 1/3rd position and the fit and finish seems a bit tighter than my previous ones. This is just my opinion though - anyone else with a 2005 Sebenza ?

I have 5 Sebenzas-small classic,small regular and three large classic's-one of which is a 2005.
All lockup between 40-60% on the blade tang.
