Question for fellow joint-pain sufferers.

I broke down and bought some of this "Fluid Joint" stuff that claims to be far superior to glucosamine, etc. and claims noticeable results in 7-14 days.
I'm on day four, so we'll see.
I'm on day eight, now, and there is already noticeable improvement in my knees. There's still some creaking, and a little pop when I start up from an unweighted squat, but the crunching that before accompanied both descent and ascent is gone.
My chiropractor also informed me that there is a liquid form of glucosamine/chondroitin that has a much higher uptake than what we get from capsule or pill form, and that it is about $30 for a months supply(which is about 5x the cost of glucosamine and chondroitin bought separately). Might be worth looking into, but right now I'm sticking with the stuff I've already bought.
btw, the FluidJoint is $15 for 15 days worth, too, and it has some warnings: don't take it if you're allergic to milk(it is basically processed and concentrated milk proteins), and it may interfere with the function of antibiotics
