After reading all the threads associated with your products and visiting your web page, the thought occurred to me that I may want one of your products. I found the pricing schedule--thanks--I was looking for "methods of payment accepted", but didn't find it on your web. So I called your offices at 510-445-3800 from 8:00 am your time to noon and no one answered. All I want to know is your "methods of payment accepted". If you can clear this up, I'd be grateful--Thanks

I know that Jim takes Visa and Mastercharge, as he was kind enough to email me this afternoon. I was impressed at the speed with which he replied, his "down-to-earthness", and his friendliness. Jim seems like a great guy-I can't wait to buy a Synergy from him.
