the knife places around me suck too
horrible selection (Gerber, CRKT, etc.) and if there are good knives they are at HORRIBLE prices
If i really wanted a knife ie the Milliray from spyderco it is 150 there and online there abut 115
Why not just get it online then?
In my experience, a reputable online dealer will have my order at my doorstep within 3 or 4 days of placing my purchase. Brick and mortar stores are going to charge a higher price for products to compensate for overhead expenses. If you want it cheaper, you'll have to look online.
I agree with you 100% but if i find a knife around $20-$25 more in stores ill get them, like i did with my SOG flash II
Makes sense. There is something satisfying about walking out of a store with a new knife.Unfortunately, all of the knife stores in my area are charging full MSRP for almost all of their knives, so there will be no walking out of a store with knives for me. Good luck on your quest for a cheap knife store.

You're a 40 minute drive from a small but good knife store. Go to Edgeworks, in Frederick Maryland. It's right on North Market street, the main drag in the old part of town.
