The bigger question is: How did you damage the handle of a SEAL Knife 2000?
The answer, unfortunately, is no. If the knife is still good, your only option would be a custon handle.
The only non-functional handles I've seen have been like on knives dropped off cliffs (200') bouncing off rocks or burned in house fires. Other than that, the handles always outlive the blade.
