Is the handle on the G10 leeks thicker overall than the regular framelock leeks?

Yes the G-10 model is thicker overall!
I am not sure by how much. Kinda seems like the G-10 is the same thickness as the 410 steel frame lock but with the added thickness of the metal liners with the G-10.

The G-10 has frame screws with nuts, whereas with the frame lock the screws thread into the metal frame grips. They are a little different but parts are still pretty interchangeable.
