Question I want to ask you guys.

I say it like this.... Here's my Winchester 1/2 congress from Bluegrass Cutlery made by Queen. Because that's exactly
what it is in my eyes. But they sure are made better that any Queen knives I've ever owned. Dan's knives are well made, But I've only
got the small Barlow.

Is the year marked on the knife Christian? Nice looking congress pen!

I'm pretty sure it's a '88 Charlie. Bluegrass supplied Queen with the specs, dies and stamps for this run of knives. Maybe the bone as well. They are unlike the patterns that Queen had to offer in there own lineup. It's not like they are Queen standard knives within their lineup with Winchester stamps and etchings. We've seen that happen recently. So I guess they are what they are. Winchester knives that Bluegrass had Queen make or Queen knives that have the Winchester stamp and etching that Bluegrass produced. You can flip it around all you want but there really isn't any need to.

It's a model 2935 and 3 1/4 inches closed. Search this forum for "Black Box Winchesters" and there are a few tidbits of info in that thread.
