Question on Queen Cutlery

Can anyone provide guidance on Queen Cutlery Master Cutler Collection Gunstock 1. The tang stamp says Q79 USA. I am considering buying one brand new in the box. Does anyone know when it was built and the approximate value - Thanks for your help!

Where is the "Master Culter Collection" on that site?

Going to toss this over to the other forum I moderate. (Traditional).

I own a whittler from this series. Very nice knife that might run about 60 or 70 bucks. Typically don't hear of or see many of them over the years.

The box mine is in is a slim jewlery type box. The knife (whittler) was made in 1980.

Maybe some of my brothers (and occasional sisters) in the trad. forum have more information.

The tang stamp says it all penn! 1979 or shortly after. The master cutler collection knives were put together by an old master at Queen, and the quality is quite nice on the two whittlers (1980) I have. Nice fit/finish.
