question on the walmart bucks....

They either sold theirs in a few hours, or the more likely story: The associates didn't feel like doing their job and putting them out. I've spent enough time in Walmarts to know that some folks will go out of their way to not help you.

I figured Jb saw your post and went there. lol
I didn't see them on display nor was there a spot for it so didn't bother asking.
 
yeah i didn't make it there last night. i figured when i saw your post they were in the stock room and not out on the floor yet locked up in the cases, or the associate(s) wasn't trained well or didn't care, take your pick ........ and wasn't gonna look for it or couldn't find it. last walmart i was at, the staff fellow was helpful, but had no idea and kept pulling knife boxes out from under the display case and handing them to me, and i'd tell him buck number so and so and model name and point at the display model in the case......and he's nod his head but still had no idea what i was saying and just kept pulling out boxes and handing them to me, even though there were other brands and other models. so be it, i still got what i was after at that store...just took too long, but i had time to kill so didn't matter. is what it is...........im gonna try clermont...i'm assuming it's the super center walmarts in clermont and mount dora.......not the other stores nearby those towns?

what matters to me is the help y'all gave me and i really appreciate it. if i find one great, if not no big deal the hunt was fun as well....and the help y'all gave me i really appreciate more and means more to me than me getting a knife.
 
Well, I wanted to buy, or at least look at one up close. I have had no luck anywhere near me. Looked for weeks now. About to decide i am not going to drive 50 miles to ask anymore. Hit too many stores with absolutely no one knowing what I was talking about when I got there.
 
^yep, it hasn't been easy so far, but weirdly i'm enjoying the hunt........or at least I'm telling myself this, so i don't cringe on the fuel and time i'm spending.....:)
