question what was the thinnest infi knife made?

LOL!! Funnily enough my best edge retention and slicer is a Skinny Ash I thinned down and fully convexed.....it has been sharpened every which way whilst working out what worked best....it now looks like a 3B2 on blade depth....it works great as an all rounder! Sometimes I think the best "INFI" on my Busse's is only reached after a good few sharpenings....:thumbup:
