Hello new member here and love it already so much info.. okay so onto the question I'm looking for a chefs knive to work in a culinary school environment they gave use one but I'm look for something along the lines of Japanese made frim what I hear they are great for thin precise cuts. This is where we make our own and new folks learn how to make their own. Are you looking to learn how to make a chef's knife or are you looking to buy one?
