Question...

Is there a particular reason that you want to have your account deleted? If so, then you are in the right place and Spark would be the one to take care of that for you. If not, then just remove any personal information from your profile, delete your email address and log out. If you think that you might want to come back sometime under the same user name then don't delete your email address. Instead, hide it by going to your profile and in the Edit Options area uncheck the boxes in the Receive Email section.

Yes. And it's Private. :)

But I've sent two emails to Spark last week and have yet to hear back from him..

I suggest you call Spark at 1SKS. You'll get better response that way.

We don't delete accounts. You can simply stop posting with it, or you can change your username.
